The role of a District within the Boys' Brigade is to promote the interests of the BB by organising activities for members; by the provision of support, training and opportunities for fellowship for Leaders; and by seeking opportunities for development of the BB to fulfil its Object better.
In order to function, all Registered Leaders as set out within Brigade Regulations Clauses 6.1 & 6.2 and Young People as defined in Clause 60.1 from Companies within the District will form a District Council.
The North of England District represents Companies within the areas of Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland, Tees Valley and Tyne & Wear.
